DEPOSIT POLICY

A 100% due at time of booking, your reservation will be confirmed via email through our office.

CANCELATION POLICY

If a written cancelation is received 30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund less 10% processing fee. No refund is given if cancelation is fewer than 30 days from the scheduled arrival date.  $20 Usd. for shuttle up to 4 people if flight is not booked through the hotel.

All reservations are re-bookable for up to 1 year for a rebooking fee of $ 50.00 USD. A No-show is not a cancelation, and we are not liable to refund any deposit taken by our resort.

There will be no refund due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest or acts of God, including hurricanes but we will provide a credit for future reservations. Green Parrot Beach House will not be responsible for foreign exchange rates made when using your credit card out of the country.

Note: Travel Insurance is advised.
