The beach view, poolside cabanas, Toucan and Heron with AC, are nestled directly behind the beachfront cabanas. Each with the perfect view of the warm, Caribbean waters as well as our resort pool. SCHEDULE

POLICIES

Deposit Policy: A 50 % deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of this deposit along with our confirmation email.

Cancelation Policy: If a written cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to arrival you will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.

No refund is given if cancellation is fewer than 30 days from the scheduled arrival date.

however, all reservations can be rebooked within one year for a rebooking fee of $50.00 USD.

Please note that no refunds will be issued due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest or acts of God, including hurricanes instead we will provide a credit for future reservations for up to one year. Green Parrot Beach House is not responsible for foreign exchange rate fluctuation when using your credit card internationally. Additionally, during (Easter, Christmas, New Years) a minimum of three days is required for reservations.

Please be advised that our facility is exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. Guest arriving with children will not be admitted, and no refunds will be provided in such cases. We will however, honor all reservations made before March 28th, 2024, that includes children.

Reservation made after this date with children will not be accepted.
