The beach view, poolside cabanas, the Toucan and Heron, are nestled directly behind the beachfront cabanas. Each with the perfect view of the warm, Caribbean waters as well as our resort pool. POLICIES
Deposit Policy: A 100% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Your reservation will be confirmed when this deposit is received along with our confirmation form.
Cancelation Policy: If a written cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to arrival you will receive a full refund less 10% processing fee.
No refund is given if cancellation is fewer than 30 days from the scheduled arrival date.
All reservations are re-bookable for up to 1 year for a rebooking fee of $ 50.00 USD.
There will be no refund due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest or acts of God, including hurricanes but we will provide a credit for future reservations for up to 1 year. Green Parrot Beach House will not be responsible for foreign exchange rate made when using your credit card out of the country. Please note during (Easter, Christmas, New Years) a minimum of three days is required for reservation to be made.
we are ADULTS ONLY (18 and older) you will not be accepted if a child is brought with you upon check in. there will also be no refund. Please note we will be honoring all reservations previously booked with children. Any reservation after March 28th, 2024, with children will not be accepted.
