We pride ourselves in the clean and affordable accommodations at the Green Parrot. We constantly maintain the property. We believe that you get high value for your money at the Green Parrot. You also get a very tropical experience - not one of those concrete, air conditioned, tract hotels that are showing up on the peninsula.
Our units consist of:
- 2 Thatch Roof Cabanas (Seagrape and Parrot House) - These units are all one-story and accommodate 2 persons. Each has its own deck.
- 6 Beach House Cabanas
- Front deck with a view of the Caribbean Sea (all cabanas)
- Main Floor living-room with a double hide-a-bed (beach house)
- Kitchenette allows you to prepare light snacks (beach house)
- Bathroom has a shower and hot water (all)
- Upper Loft bedroom has a queen size bed (beach house)
- Your beach house accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children.
- Your Thatched Roof Cabana accommodates 2 adults.
All cabanas get a good cleaning and painting in late summer before the busy season begins. This August (2006) we re-thatched the Parrot and Seagrape cabanas. The other 6 have had extensive cleaning and painting. Let us know how you like that new tile Leo put in the beach houses.
We pride ourselves in having very clean accommodations. If you see a problem in the upkeep - bring it to our attention so we can fix it and make you comfortable. The hot water heaters sometimes go out - so if your water is cold - tell the staff and they will repair the heater as soon as possible.
