No refunds on meals/trips not taken. All trips are scheduled by the office at least 24 hours prior to departure. Prices are subject to any increase in taxes, transportation or fuel charge increases.

PAYMENT POLICY:

VISA or MasterCard needed to confirm Reservation. Payment of charges is preferred by travelers' checks.

Charged when reservation confirmed: 1 Night Non-Refundable Deposit, and Flights booked by Green Parrot.

Charged 45 days prior to arrival date: Balance of Accommodation Charges

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full payment of reservation if canceled 21 DAYS OR LESS prior to reservation Arrival Date. Refunds will be granted during the holiday season, only if the unit is rebooked.
