Congratulations Manager Leo Rameriez! On Saturday, August 16, 2007 Green Parrot Beach Houses' Manager Leo Rameriez became a graduate of The Johnson and Wales University. Mr. Rameriez had attend the Customer Quality Service program given by Johnson and Wales. The classes were held in Belize City and focused on establishing the highest level of customer service and making it a part of the fabric of the organization. Mr. Rameriez found the program to be very valuable and said that he will be able to better work with the Green Parrot staff team to ensure that they understand all aspects of quality service. Mr. Rameriez noted that the Green Parrot was ranked #1 in the small business category and finished #2 overall in service quality in Belize business.
